Our Carpet Shampooing Service is a Hot Water extracting process using non-foaming cleaning solution and agitation to loosen and suspend heavy soil from carpets. This method is ideal for heavily soiled carpets. 

How it works?

We use a 6 step process which provides a deep cleaning of your carpets:

Step 1) Deep vacuuming: Before any wet cleaning, a professional vacuum cleaner is used to remove as much dry, loose soil as possible from the carpet fibers. In which helps to remove deeply embedded dirt.

Step 2) Pre- Spotting & Pre-treatment: Technicians spot-treat stains and use a high-quality pre-treatment substance to prepare the carpet.

Step 3) Agitation: A rotary machine aggressively scrubs the carpet to break up and loosen embedded dirt and grime.

Step 4) Extraction: After the soil is suspended, a powerful machine is used to apply hot water & Shampoo Cleaning Solution to the carpet. Then simultaneously extracting the cleaning solution, water and the dirt / grime from the carpets.

Step 5) Final Inspection: The final inspection is a walk-through of all areas cleaned to ensure cleaning quality and proper drying.

Step 6) Drying: The carpet may remain wet for a significant period, sometimes 4-8 hours, depending on the level of soiling and air circulation in the home/business. 

*This can be aided by using ceiling fans or Standing Fans to increase air circulation.

When is Shampooing most used?

Heavily soiled carpets: Shampooing is often used for carpets with deep, heavy soiling that requires aggressive treatment.

Commercial spaces: This method is a common option for commercial carpet cleaning due to its power in tackling high-traffic areas.
